Should I bring something special to the spa?
We have everything,but if you take a facial treatment,we would reccomend you to bring your make up stuff to re-apply after treatment.
Do you accept credit cards, and Thai bank's QR code payment?
Yes, we accept all credit cards and Thai bank’s QR payment.
Can man take all the same treatments as woman?
Of course,we offer all treatments for both men and women.
Can I request paticular therapist?
We will not be accepting therapist request for appointments on the same day.
Please contact us at least a day beforehand if you have a preferred therapist
you would like to request.
I am pregnant. Can I have a treatment anyway?
For pregnant women who’d like to enjoy our treatment,we offer only facial treatment
(except Premium lifting facial,Hydradermie lift,Hydradermie lift ozone and Kassa facial) and Head & Scalp massage.
May I bring my child to wait quietly during my service?
Unfortunately, due to our policy and in consideration of other guests,we ask that children not accompany you in the treatment room.We have no problem if the child is able to wait outside in the reception room quietly while you are receiving a spa treatment.
What are the operating hours?
Our opening hours are 9 am to 10 pm.
(Last reception is depends on how many hours you’ll receive our treatment.
For example,if you take 75 minutes treatment the last reception is 8:30pm.)
What is included in all treatments？
Please note that for all treatments, the time is started once the customer has entered the room.
If I am currently on my period, can I take part in the spa treatments？
but we strongly recommend against Slimming and Deep tissue sports massage.
