Q1. Should I bring something special to the spa?
A1. We have everything, but if you take a facial treatment, we would recommend you to
bring your make up staff to re-apply after the treatment.

Q2. Can men take all the same treatments as woman?
A2. Of course, you’re welcome to try.

Q3. If I am currently having my period, could I still have the spa treatments?
A3. We don’t recommend you take the deep tissue sports massage or the slimming massage.
Also, if you would like to use the jaccuzzi please use a Tampon.

Q4. If I am an pregnant, can I have all the treatments?
A4. We recommend only the facial treatment and the head massage.

Q5. Can I use English or Japanese at your spa?
A5. Yes, our reception staff are both English and Japanese efficient.

Q6. When are your opening hours?
A6. Times Square operates from 10am – 10pm, and Sukhumvit Soi 39 branch opens
between 9am – 9pm.

Q7. Do you accept all major credit cards?
A7. We accept all cards except Diners card.
